In Our Classroom This Week

Week 3

Literacy Focus
- conjunctions (joining words: and, but, or, so, then)
- our writing focus is: recounts
- our blend is 'ut' so see if you can think of some words containing 'ut'

Maths Focus
- numbers that come before and after
- place value (the value of numbers)
- counting forwards and backwards by 1s, 2s, 5s, 10s and 11s.

Integrated Focus
- marupial mammals
